Returns & Exchanges

At Bloomex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bloomex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
